Every cruise line and every cruise ship may have slight variations in the type of staterooms available on their ships. In the images below, you will see a representative sample of what staterooms may look like starting with the least expensive interior stateroom all the way up to a Presidential Suite. The newer the ship, generally the nicer the room. One of the latest innovations with Royal Caribbean is Interior staterooms with a view, technology that lets you feel like you are looking out to the sea.
Often times, many companies use the different stateroom types to create a tiered incentive program wherein the higher the achievement, the nicer the stateroom. Many companies also pay the full cost of the award recipient and then the recipient is responsible for paying the cost of their guest or to upgrade to a higher category of stateroom. That is no problem. We are set up to handle that and keep the company expenditure and individual expenditure totally segregated.
Please Note:
The cruise industry pricing structure is based on double occupancy staterooms. Most cruise lines charge a single supplement for those passengers occupying a stateroom by themselves. The standard supplement is 200% of the cruise fare and NCF charges. You may want to consider pairing up your participants or a lower cabin category if budget is a major factor in your decision.
